ThoroughScale Evaluate

One number for how soundly you can scale.

Evaluate is where our assessment lives after the engagement starts: your baseline, your progress, your milestones, and the reports you share with your board. Fourteen instruments, one composite score — your Thorough Scalability.

Accounts are created by our consultants as part of an engagement — invite-first, no self-serve sign-up.

The baseline

Where you truly are, on the record.

Your first complete evaluation is the baseline: every instrument answered, scored, and synthesized into one composite reading with the findings that produced it. It is the honest starting point every later checkpoint is measured against.

Scores band the way we speak: sound, serviceable, fragile, critical. No grade inflation — the number only means something if it can be stood behind.

Progress & milestones

Checkpoints that keep the claim honest.

Each later evaluation is a checkpoint: the same instruments, re-read, plotted against your baseline. Milestones set targets — overall, per axis, or per concept — and resolve themselves when a checkpoint meets them. Progress is measured, not asserted.

Reports

Results your board can read.

Any complete evaluation becomes a shareable report — a clean, read-only page with the composite score, the axis breakdown, and every finding traced to the instrument that saw it. Share links are revocable; what you shared stays exactly what they see.

  • Reality ledger High

Customer records held in three systems; weekly conflicts observed.

  • Bearing board Medium

A third of tracked effort runs counter to the stated direction.

  • Decision chronicle Medium

Major decisions carry no recorded context older than a year.

The engagement

Assess, prove, then build.

Evaluate is not sold as a subscription off a pricing page. It arrives with the engagement — and the engagement always moves in the same order.

01 Assess

We run the fourteen instruments against your organization — interviews, real data where you have it — and your baseline lands in Evaluate.

02 Proof of concept

One narrow proof on the highest-leverage finding. You see the fit holding before anything is built on it.

03 Build & host

We build what the evidence justifies, host it, and keep the score moving — checkpoints track your Thorough Scalability against the baseline.
